In the late 1970's the firm founder started in the real estate field at an Orange County Title Insurance Company. Learning
from the ground up, the firm has participated in large commercial projects, putting together the necessary documents to enable
the completion of a project to taking appropriate court action to foster compliance or remedy problems. From residential to
commercial, simple to complex, we've done a lot.
In the 1980's the practice evolved to include construction defect,
mold, design and other construction related claims. Counsel have handled significant claims in both Southern and Northern
California.
Now, with changing realties of real estate, our office handles sub prime mortgages, foreclosures and short sales.
